Christina Harrington-Stutzmann, DCSW, LMFT, LMHC
Christina Harrington-Stutzmann is a diplomate in clinical social work and is a qualified clinical social worker. She is an advanced bereavement facilitator and a certified grief counselor. She is licensed in marriage and family therapy and as a mental health counselor. Christina is also a disaster mental health critical responder with the New York State Department of Health and the New York State Office of Mental Health. In addition, Christina is a certified gerontology and health care social worker with NASW. Christina is also a marriage and family clinical supervisor and is a PhD candidate at the Institute for Clinical Social Work in Chicago. She received her bachelor's degree in science from the State University of Albany and her master’s degree cum laude from Springfield College in Massachusetts.
Christina started her work at the Samaritan Counseling Center in Scotia, New York in 2000. There, her clinical focus is individual and couples counseling. Christina has also completed post-graduate work at Smith College and The Ackerman Institute in NYC. She is also a clinical member of the Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, the Association of Death Education and Counseling, and the National Association of Social Workers.
