What should I expect for my first appointment?
If your first appointment is at our main office in Scotia, please check in at the window and fill out your intake paperwork. Each family member in attendance should fill out his or her own forms. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out the paperwork so that filling out paperwork does not cut into your time with your therapist. You may also print the intake forms off our website, fill them out beforehand and bring them with you for your first session.
*If your first appointment is at a satellite location, there is no reception or need to check in. The intake forms will be set out for you in the waiting area. Your therapist will retrieve you for your appointment.
What does a relationship expert do?
