Kay-Leigh earned her Master of Social Work degree at Roberts Wesleyan College and has practiced general counseling and intensive outpatient psychotherapy at InterAct Counseling in Rochester, NY.
She has specialized experience in finding and addressing underlying issues and guiding client recovery from childhood trauma to freedom and emotional regulation. Her practice style combines energy, sensitivity, compassion, competency and humor to engage and connect with clients of all ages.
Her primary areas of practice include: depression & anxiety, trauma, family of origin issues, individual growth & development, spirituality, relationships, parent-child attachment, codependency, addictions, recovery, self-care, grief, co-occurring disorders, eating disorders, and body image.
Kay-Leigh is a member of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals, the National Association of Social Workers, and the North American Association of Christians in Social Work.
